GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is a new EU regulation that will come into effect throughout the EU on May 25, 2018. GDPR replaces the Swedish Personal Data Act. This means that the requirements for how companies and organizations may process your personal data are tightened.
Rebellion Music AB, corporate registration number 559520-6979, is the data controller and is responsible for the processing of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The regulation strengthens your rights when it comes to personal privacy. It is important that you feel safe in the processing of your personal data.
Why do we process personal data?
Rebellion Music's purpose in processing your personal data is primarily to fulfill our commitments to you and our assignments. We may have your personal data because you have purchased tickets to one of our events at some point in the past year and we have received your contact information in connection with this. This may also apply if you have ever worked with us.
Security
Rebellion Music has security measures in place to protect your personal data against unlawful or unauthorized processing. Only persons who actually need to process your personal data in order for Rebellion Music to fulfill the stated purposes have access to them.
Your rights
You have the right to know which of your personal data Rebellion Music processes and for what purposes. This is done by requesting a so-called register extract. We are obliged to provide information free of charge, upon request, whether personal data concerning you is being processed or not. If such data is being processed, written information must also be provided about which personal data is being processed about you, where this data has been obtained from, the purposes of the processing and to which recipients or categories of recipients the data has been provided. This information is provided in a so-called register extract.
Send your request to marcus.soderberg@rebellionmusic.se. We will provide the information upon identification on site.
We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for requests that are clearly unfounded or unreasonable to cover the administrative costs of providing the information or taking the action requested.
You also have the right to demand that Rebellion Music delete your personal data from all of Rebellion Music's systems. In law, this is called the "Right to be forgotten". Rebellion Music has the right to refuse your request for deletion if there are contractual or legal obligations that prevent this. These may include obligations arising from other laws, such as accounting and tax legislation.
