Ellen Benediktson is a Swedish artist and songwriter making grungy pop with strong melodies and attitude. Influenced by artists like Lady Gaga, Hayley Williams, and Miley Cyrus, she writes candid pop songs about love, obsession, and knowing better but doing it anyway. With her EPs Good Girl and WID4L, Ellen has developed a distinct sound and visual world where high fashion meets glam goth and dark romance. Her music, visuals, and live show come together to create a world that fans are invited into- dark and dramatic, but always with a sense of self-irony and a touch of camp.

Behind this new project is an artist with years of experience on stage and in front of large audiences. Ellen first broke through at 18 when she went straight to the final of Sweden's Eurovision selection, Melodifestivalen. Since then, she has returned to the competition twice, earned millions of streams, reached Spotify's Top 50, received national radio airplay, and performed on some of Sweden's biggest stages.

In 2026, Ellen has brought the project to both international and Swedish showcase festivals, while her second EP, WID4L, has gained attention from international music press. She is now working toward her debut album, with new music and a live show that continue to build on the world she established with her first two EPs
